To help promote 'California Dutch', Calidocious Inc. operates a guest house in the heart of Silicon Valley.

The 'Calidocious®' Guest House' is located in East Palo Alto and is minutes from one of the nature preserves that ring San Franciso (Burgundy) Bay and is adjacent to 'San Fransquito' Creek. It is less than 20 minutes from Stanford University and is 45 minutes south of San Francisco.

| The Calidocious Guest House |

| Other attractions within a half hour drive are the headquarters of Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.. NASA at Mountain View and the Computer Science Museum are also nearby.

The 'Calidocious®' lodge is located at 2249 Glen Way, East Palo Alto, 94303. It is 25 min. from the San Francisco and San Jose Airports.

Note: All travel times are for travel by car during non-commute periods. There is a Caltrain station with frequent service to San Francisco about 15 minutes away.

The 'Calidocious®' lodge has two bedrooms with double beds plus additional hide-a-bed accommodation. Amenities include a full kitchen, laundry facilites, and internet service.

The guest house benefits from one of the best micro-climates in Northern California. The patio has a gazebo, which is pleasant to use from mid March through November.

The only food or drink provided at the guest house is coffee.

| The regular rate for a room at the Calidocious® Guest House is $250 per night. However, if Flemish speakers would like to exchange one hour of conversation practice with American students studying Dutch, the cost is reduced to $100 per night.

All stays are limited to four nights unless extended at the discretion of the host.

In addition to serving as a guest house, the 'Calidocious®' lodge also serves as a prototype for a proposed Calidocious language summer camp and for a 'Sarifornia Springs' spa.

As part of the summer camp research and developement, Calidocious Inc. offers informal guided language-walks at selected Bay Area locations under the name 'Burgundy Bay' tours.

| The 'Burgundy Bay' walking/bicycling tours are conducted primarily in Flemish and cost $50 for one person, and $25 for each additional person. All but $25 of the total fee is contributed to local Flemish language instruction.

'Sarifornia Springs®' foot-bath treatments are also available for $15 per one quarter hour. $10 of the fee is contributed to local Flemish instruction. 'Sarifornia Springs®' bath salts and soap are also available for purchase.

Please note that transportation is not included in language-walks, and that the language-walk fee doesn't include incidental costs, such as meals after the walks.
